This production line comprises the stainless steel washing machine,spacer attaching,automatic outside assembly,automatic flat press,glass storage section.This line can be upgrated and expanded according to customer is demands.
This line is controlled by PLC and realizes the automatic control and frequency control of the motor speed of the whole line. It adopts advanced assembly technique and solves the problems of uneven press and misplacement of the glass. The assembly section adopts limit switch and cylinder tank whose travel distance can be adjusted, making the operation easy and the location precise and the movement reliable.
There are two operation methods in the control panel: ‘automatic’ and ‘manual’. If the separate operation of each section or maintenance is needed, the ‘manual’ operation method is needed.

Washing and Drying Section:
1.Washing part:This part has three pairs of brushes (the material is high -temperature nylon wire ) and a pair of sponge roller. The brushes are driven by three synchronous motors separately and the movement is stable. Three pairs of tubular rollers type of hair brushes, use High Temperature Resistant and soft nature hair brush, fully guaranteed the coating glass especially the LOW-E glass layer stratification can’t be destroyed.Install 6 motors. from one motor with one pair brush to one motor one brush.it can last the usage life of the washing and drying section.
2 It adopts custom-made and imported nylon, front is three pairs of soft brushes(Φ0.10mm), back is three pairs of hard brushes(φ0.15mm),it last the brushes life
3 According to the glass thickness, automatically control the spacing of the drag roller, it doesn’t need any other manual adjustment for the glass that have different thickness in the adjustable scope by bearings.
4 The washing and drying section adopts stepped frequency conversion governor, which make the glass run at the appropriate speed stably.
5 Four levels of cleans, guarantee the best clean effect. The clean section uses the high quality stainless steel completely; the part, which may contact with water, uses the stainless steel or the copper nature material.
6 There is a first-level water tank, and three baffles. Every water tank can reserve 0.5m³water.(or two tank)
Drying part:
the air enters into the air knife from the top. The distance between the air knife and the glass should be adjusted according to the thickness of the glass in order to guarantee the drying effect. Air passage adopts the most advanced design and increase the drying speed and productivity.
1 There is a pair of rhombic air knife, the front air knife can adjust backward or forward according the glass thickness. The blower, which is equipped with heater, blows strong hot wind; also it is equipped with infrared heater that can dry the both sides of the glass quickly.
2 The dry section uses the high quality stainless steel, all of them are anti-corrosive material (including air knife, transfer gantry), the two air knives relative surfaces gradient can adjust basis on the glass thickness in the structure, the first wind knife automatic control and adjust the distance to the glass surface, it can be used to clean glass that of different thickness, fully consistently guaranteed the distance between the gusty and the glass surface, the inside of the air knife can be cleaned.
3 Uses the two-stage high pressure air blower, the wind power is strong, the wind that enters into the air knife will be filtrated, so can guaranteed the purity of the air, the half circulation hot blast can guarantee the dry effect, the high efficiency air blower can guarantee the glass can be completely pure drying.
4 The outlet of the wind machine is equipped with a wind flow regulating valve. When the light inspection stops work, the wind outlet will close automatically, avoiding the contamination caused to the glass because of long time blowing. In the air blower and the blade carrier installs air noise reduce and absorption material, the movement noise is lower than 75 decibels.
