Main features:
High performance sealant-spreading machine, its key components all adopts well-known brands and the key machanism components are made of good quality stainless steel by heating lightly, improve the durability and ensure the quality of equipment.
It’s equipped with two filter system in the firming system, improved the mixing equality and solidity of two kinds of glue.
We also set protective device, make the operation more safe. This working system is fully closed, avoid the firming of the curing agents due to firming agents contacts with the wind, so ensure the stability of flowing substance.
The basic material pump , firming agents pump and proporational pump are made by grinding zero-leakage special alloy. We also set unique adjustable ratio machanism, supplemented by proporational. testing system, meet the propoational need of glue that used in curtain wall glass or insulating glass.
The glue mixing system adopts popular static reciprocating ribbon mixer, mixing bar and one-way needle valve, make the mixing more equal. The sealant-spreading nozzle is made of special flexible material, make the process of insulating glass more easy and beautiful. The imported glue gun is convenient to operate and has good seal.
